The Basic Facts Of Wine
15.March, 2010
A subtle red wine beverage would be overpowered by a spicy dish despite the color of the meat. Whenever it does not taste good to you, then don’t pair it no matter how often you have been told the guideline. Try out various kinds of wine with your meals.
You shouldn’t be afraid to test a light white wine with your meat: does it hold up or did the taste get lost? Try a mild red with pike and you’ll know from your palate if the rule for that wine beverage could be broken.
Find out if you enjoy a sweet flavor in your wines or a dry wine beverage (less sweet). Observe how they interact with what you eat. If you don’t prefer the pairing or the flavor of the wine it will not matter what the year was or how high priced the bottle of wine it isn’t your best option or a great pair.
