Why Do We Need Dietary Supplements?

Everyday it seems many of us fill up our bodies with the worst fast food and soda drinks that we can lay our hands on.

So what about vegetables and fruit and other healthy foods? Well seems like they just sit in our refrigerator and are totally untouched, and that’s assuming we bought some in the first place!

So for most us then our bad diet means that vitamins nutrition supplements are really the only logical and sensible way to give to our bodies all the natural things they need and to boost them with those vitamins and minerals that they really need.

If you cannot decide whether or not to take these extra minerals and vitamins to make you feel healthier and happier then you should take a long look at yourself and investigate your own eating habits. What do you eat each day and are you a even close to being a healthy eater?

For instance do you eat the recommended daily intake of both vegetables and fruit? And do you do this every day, or are you just another fast food junky? Do you have a really bad sweet tooth that you cannot control or are you a constant nibbler and eat too much in this way?

Whatever you are and whatever you eat you will know if you need some vitamin or mineral supplements just by studying your eating habits and making a sensible decision.
