Sorry to be a buzzkill but actually it’s not that funny. If people carefully examined their ideas with the same energy they use to vent spleen, we would have far fewer useless rascals for "leaders".

Its funny in a very depressing way. Both parties are more interested in demonizing the other beyond all recognition, than actually accomplishing something. While the politicians (most of whom are multi-millionaires) are arguing which policies proposed by the other party will bring about the apocalypse, average Americans are losing their jobs and homes. So congratulations all you Neo-con, tea party imbeciles and you smug, cowardly elitist liberals. You are now the epitome of Americas growing idiocracy. Turn off the f*cking television news and actually get some sense. There is a reason why the rest of the world looks at us and laughs. We are so damn clueless and yet we talk like we all have economic and political PHD’s.

When are they ever at work? They have over three times the vacation days the average American worker does. And yet in the little time they do work they seem to have really really screwed the American people, because all they can think about is adding in hidden bonuses in everything they pass so they can buy their next toy.

Such professional help like what you post is very helpful and has helped me as a tool to work with the families I work with here in Colorado in the Clayton Foundation. It is a program for families with children aged 0 to 3 and they are given support in all the developmental areas, health and education. Most families I work with are Hispanic and all professional information is always useful for me, sharing with these families as good material in Spanish is very scarce. Thank you very much and keep up the good work, especially you Dr. Villarreal. Thank you for sharing information.

One a day will be fine…

If after three weeks you don’t notice a difference in your bowel habits, its not doing anything for you

People take it as an immune booster (in theory, those are the good guys in your intestinal tract - if your body doesn’t have to fight bad guys in yout intestinal tract, its free to fight them else where) it also helps some folks regulate bowel function - its a dead give away if its working for you…and lastly, they help some folks ward off yeast and urinary tract infections…

I take some form of probiotic on a regular basis, because it seems to help me get less infections in my girlie parts, and because I have an intestinal condition

I usually take something by Jarrow or Renew Life - which ever is on sale - because the price is much better and I go through quite a bit of it…the drinks get really expensive real quick
